If desired at any time the owner can opt to close in an extra room beneath the porch roof….perhaps a sauna or hot tub area.  High quality efficient and proven custom wood stoves made here in Ontario are included and properly installed in the homes, with glass door fronts for  flickering enjoyment on those lingering evenings.    Pricing includes completed entrances and driveways and some windowing and columning to enhance the great views. The electrical services will be underground from the road to your new home, saving the trees and avoiding hydro poles.
